Affordable, Farms, Rice Secure
In a decisive move to address food security, the administration launched the P20 rice pilot rollout in Kadiwa ng Pangulo outlets in select Visayas areas and expanded to include regions in Luzon and Mindanao. By directly sourcing palay from local farmers and cutting out middlemen through NFA procurement, the government is able to offer affordable rice while ensuring fair prices for farmers. This is complemented by the distribution of over 158,000 land titles under agrarian reform and the condonation of P57.56 billion in unpaid amortizations, freeing farmers from debt and empowering them to increase production.
"I assure you we will never stop providing our farmers with the support that they need to help make their farms more productive while also improving their lives and that of their families."

Economic Stability and Job Creation

Inflation has eased to 3.8%, and unemployment has fallen to 3.9%, the lowest in nearly two decades. The administration has secured 3.5 trillion in approved investments, creating opportunities in manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure sectors. In 2025, the Philippines was officially removed from the FATF Grey List after implementing stricter anti-money laundering measures and enhancing financial governance, signaling renewed international confidence in the Philippine economy.
Healthcare That Reaches All
Healthcare access has expanded significantly with over 51 Bagong Urgent Care and Ambulatory Service (BUCAS) Centers nationwide, providing free, walk-in consultations and diagnostics in underserved communities. Mobile clinics have been deployed in remote barangays to deliver maternal, child, and basic health services where hospitals are not easily accessible. Specialized care has also been prioritized with the opening of the UP-PGH and DOH Specialty Centers, while PhilHealth benefits have been expanded to cover free laboratory tests, outpatient cancer treatment, additional dialysis sessions, and other illnesses.
"It is not a privilege to have healthcare, it is a right. And that is how we will approach this problem and that is how we will continue to make our healthcare system better for all Filipinos."

Infrastructure Connecting Communities
Infrastructure Connecting Communities Infrastructure under the Build Better More program is translating into tangible benefits for communities. The Metro Manila Subway and the North-South Commuter Railway are progressing, with tunneling and station construction underway to reduce congestion and cut travel times for commuters. Over 4,000 kilometers of farm-to-market roads are expected to be built across the Philippines by 2028, improving logistics and market access for farmers. Major regional projects such as the Panguil Bay Bridge and the Samar Coastal Road have been completed, significantly reducing travel times and promoting regional economic activity. Airport modernization projects at NAIA, Davao, and regional hubs are advancing, improving connectivity for Filipinos.
"When we connect our hubs and our heartlands through a reliable, efficient transportation system-a people's system accessible to all-we foster a truly inclusive and connected nation."

Energy and Climate Commitments
The administration achieved the historic unification of the Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao power grids, stabilizing power supply and enabling energy sharing across islands. With 17,000 MW in renewable energy commitments secured, including major solar, wind, and hydro projects, the Philippines is on track to achieve its 50% renewable energy target by 2040. These projects not only reduce the country's carbon footprint but also create new green jobs and improve energy security.
Digital Governance and Connectivity
The eGov PH Super App was launched in 2023, allowing Filipinos to access over 100 government services-from NBI clearances to SSS transactions-through a single digital platform, reducing lines and processing times. Through the National Broadband Plan Phase 2, remote schools in Visayas and Mindanao have been connected to high-speed internet, supporting blended learning and expanding access to government services.
Championing OFWs and Diplomacy
Recognizing the contributions of overseas Filipinos, the administration secured P29 billion in unpaid. wages for over 10,000 OFWs in Saudi Arabia through high-level diplomatic negotiations, providing long-awaited justice for affected workers. The Philippines also secured royal pardons for detained Filipinos in the UAE, demonstrating strong diplomatic engagement for the welfare of overseas Filipinos. Strategic partnerships with Japan and the United States have strengthened the country's position in regional security and economic cooperation.
From affordable rice to stable jobs, accessible healthcare, and a modernized government, Bagong Pilipinas is delivering results that uplift lives and build a stronger nation for all.
