SM Residences’ newest brand, Signature Series, is putting a premium and luxury on real estate.
“One very promising aspect in the organization is the raw material is there, the land is there, nationwide. It’s just a matter of us selecting the best properties available in our portfolio to develop into high-end primary residential communities. The opportunities are immense,” Jose Juan Jugo, SM EVP and Group Head of the Signature Series, said.
The brand seal, featuring a stylized “S,” represents movement, individuality and the brand’s personal imprint on each space it creates. Rendered in a rich earthy bronze palette, it conveys grounded sophistication and lasting value, a nod to the brand’s philosophy of timeless artistry and innovation.
“The SM Group has had immense success. Our role in the organization is to make sure we complete the line by putting in the right people, the right disciplines and making sure we execute in the right ways,” Jugo added.
Signature Series offers a diverse range of residential products: 1) Entry-Level Premium (starting at P15 million) designed for property upgraders, young executives and starter families looking for their first step into premium living; 2) Upscale (starting at P25 million) – for established professionals and affluent families who seek spacious, character-driven homes; and 3) Luxury and Ultra-Luxury (P65 million and above) curated for high-net-worth individuals and legacy families seeking the utmost exclusivity and refinement.
“From the earliest design decisions to the way every detail comes together on site, intentionality, wholeheartedness, and excellence define the way we work. For Signature Series, this means creating visually refined spaces that are responsive to how people live, and are built to stand the test of time,” said Jessica Sy, head of Design, Innovation, and Strategy for SM Residences and SM Prime Holdings.
SM has initially tagged over 400 hectares of existing prime land for Signature Series developments, with more than 300 hectares located within Metro Manila. The remaining sites are strategically distributed across key regions.
Among the first to break ground is SM’s 284-hectare landbank in Susana Heights, a beloved community in Muntinlupa that is now being elevated into a premier suburban mixed-use destination.
In Makati City, The Signature Series group is forging a strategic partnership with a reputable high-end real estate developer to jointly develop its 6,000-square-meter prime property in the lifestyle and
business district.
Additional locations in Manila, Pasay, Parañaque City, Taguig, Cebu City, Cavite and Batangas are some of the sites in the pipeline.
