
With dogged zeal, Sue Ramirez has successfully kicked off some bad habits and fully embraced a healthier lifestyle.
On 4 July, Ramirez shared via Threads what her goals had been since June—and how she proudly achieved them.
“I just want to share my goals for myself since June, and so far, I’ve been very consistent. It only goes to show that if we want change, we just need to decide and commit to it. I only needed one day. One moment of waking up. One switch inside—and you can do anything,” she said.
Listing the bad habits she managed to quit, Ramirez continued: “Now, I have stopped drinking coffee and soft drinks, and I also stopped vaping. These were habits I thought I’d never be able to remove from my system. Now, I feel so much better without them.”
