A year ago, Vine Café Lounge was just a dream for Jem Tinsay —stitched together by memories of airport lounges, the comfort of quiet luxury, and her deep love for beauty, good food and meaningful conversations.

Vine Café Lounge reopened its doors in the heart of Salcedo Village, Makati with a renewed purpose of serving guests with good food and service.

“Today, as I stand here in front of the very people who helped me reach that dream, I’m reminded that Vine was born from the chaos of courage — built by hands that refused to give up, even when the road was unclear,” Tinsay said.

VCL unveiled its refreshed coffee menu, now featuring an enticing mix of bold brews and handcrafted specialty drinks that cater to both timeless favorites and adventurous palates. Complementing this is the debut of the new Afternoon Tea Set, an elegant spread of sweet and savory delights, ideal for a slow, indulgent midday pause.

“At Vine Café Lounge, we believe that offering premium coffee is not enough,” said Jem Tinsay, founder of Vine Café Lounge. “We are honored to share this space with our community once again, and we can’t wait to brew new memories with every guest who becomes part of our growing community.”

The menu at VCL blends nostalgia and surprise. Mornings are for classic Filipino breakfast, thoughtfully prepared to feel and taste like home. Desserts such as éclairs, macarons and their all-time, crowd-favorite truffle matcha popcorn, take you to places.

Their Tuna Tataki, Cornish Hen Karate, Torched Salmon Teriyaki, Risotto, Barstow and Torched Salmon Teriyaki are cooked to perfection.

“The space became more than just a café—it became a haven. A place where strangers share their stories, where ideas flow as easily as coffee, and where even the flowers seem to speak a language of intimacy,” Tinsay added.
