Global travel and events firm ATPI has opened a new International Center of Excellence (ICE) in Makati to enhance its round-the-clock support for clients in high-demand sectors, including marine, energy, corporate, and sports travel.
The company said on Thursday that the center will serve as a key operations hub for ATPI’s clients across markets, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Greece, France and Denmark.
Designed for real-time, mission-critical travel management, ICE Manila provides services including reservations, ticketing, traveler tracking, and emergency coordination. It supports industries that require precise, cost-efficient, and time-zone-aligned travel solutions.
“ICE Manila is our commitment to excellence, underscoring ATPI’s undivided focus on top-tier client services and strengthening our capability to deliver responsive, reliable, and tailored travel solutions anywhere in the world,” Yvette Araullo, managing director of ATPI Philippines, said.
Workforce as key asset
“We take pride in our Filipino talent, and are confident that our local workforce expertise is more than capable of enhancing international operations. In line with ATPI’s continuous growth, the Center will also act as a prime catalyst to complement our future expansion and innovation initiatives,” she added.
