Global travel and events firm ATPI has opened a new International Center of Excellence (ICE) in Makati to strengthen its round-the-clock support for clients in high-demand sectors such as marine, energy, corporate, and sports travel.
The company said Thursday the center will serve as a key operations hub for ATPI’s clients across markets including Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Greece, France, and Denmark.
Designed for real-time, mission-critical travel management, ICE Manila offers services such as reservations, ticketing, traveller tracking, and emergency coordination. It supports industries requiring precise, cost-efficient, and time zone-aligned travel solutions.
“ICE Manila is our commitment to excellence, underscoring ATPI’s undivided focus on top-tier client services and strengthening our capability to deliver responsive, reliable, and tailored travel solutions anywhere in the world,” said Yvette Araullo, Managing Director of ATPI Philippines.
“We take pride in our Filipino talent, and are confident that our local workforce expertise is more than capable of enhancing international operations. In line with ATPI’s continuous growth, the Center will also act as a prime catalyst to complement our future expansion and innovation initiatives,” she added.
The facility runs on ATPI’s proprietary platforms, including CrewLink and CrewHub, which handle crew rotations and communications. ICE Manila, which currently has around 100 seats, is hiring experienced travel professionals skilled in Amadeus, Sabre, marine coordination, and corporate travel.
ATPI said the investment reflects its strategy to scale global services and leverage Filipino talent and technology. Makati was chosen for its business infrastructure, accessibility, and Philippine Economic Zone Authority accreditation.
