In an interview with the Daily Tribune, fitness model and enthusiast and fulltime mom Marline Capones shared how motherhood changed her life. “Sobrang saya. Iba ‘yung may baby. Lahat nagbago na, una ‘yung time management,” she said. 

From sleepless nights to adjusting schedules around feedings and diaper changes, she emphasized just how much her priorities shifted. But despite all the changes, the joy motherhood brings is worth it. “Enjoy lang, walang ready maging mommy,” she added.
