The Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) is offering Filipino cinephiles a unique opportunity to experience critically acclaimed films from around the world, presenting a curated selection of world cinema titles from 5 to 11 March, with another impressive lineup starting on 12 March.
This week's offering includes three standout films that have garnered international recognition:
The Seed of the Sacred Fig (2024) by Mohammad Rasoulof: An Oscars Best International Feature nominee, this film promises a powerful and thought-provoking cinematic experience.
Flow (2024) by Gints Zilbalodis: A contender for the Oscars 2025 Best Animated Film, Flow offers a visually stunning and emotionally resonant animated journey.
Dahomey (2024) by Mati Diop: The prestigious Berlinale Golden Bear winner, Dahomey explores themes of history and cultural identity.
These films are now showing in select theaters across the Philippines, offering accessible ticket prices:

Provincial Screenings: P200 per film
