Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation is accelerating its sustainability journey by partnering with tech-driven logistics company Mober to integrate electric vehicles (EVs) into its supply chain operations. This collaboration reflects Ajinomoto’s commitment to reducing its carbon footprint and driving positive environmental change, reinforcing its long-term goal of cutting its environmental impact by 50% by 2030.

Marking a milestone in this initiative, Ajinomoto and Mober officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement on 28 February 2025, solidifying their partnership in advancing green logistics solutions.

Meanwhile Mober, leads the charge toward a greener logistics industry through its partnership with Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation. As a tech-driven logistics provider committed to sustainability, Mober is revolutionizing product delivery by integrating electric vehicles (EVs) into Ajinomoto’s supply chain. This collaboration not only enhances efficiency but also significantly reduces carbon emissions, marking a major step toward sustainable business practices.

Ajinomoto’s Chief of Sustainability and Director of Supply Chain, Ernie Carlos, highlighted the importance of sustainability as a shared responsibility. “Practicing environmental sustainability is not just a choice. It is a collective effort among stakeholders,” Carlos said. “Every step we take towards sustainability brings us closer to a healthier planet for future generations.”

For Mober, partnering with Ajinomoto is not just about business but about driving meaningful change in the logistics industry. For Founder and CEO Dennis Ng, the partnership holds personal significance, as Ajinomoto has been a household staple in his life for as long as he can remember, enriching family meals and becoming a part of cherished traditions.

Now, through this collaboration, he sees an opportunity to give back by supporting Ajinomoto’s sustainability goals. Ng emphasized Mober’s commitment to leading the shift toward greener operations, stating that they are not just transporting products but actively working toward a more sustainable future. “Through this collaboration, we take an important step toward a greener future by integrating Mober’s electric fleet into Ajinomoto’s operations. This allows us to reduce our carbon footprint while maintaining efficiency.”
