His most significant achievement as a lawmaker was the approval of House Bill 9874 on 7 March 2024 setting the share of local government units from the earnings of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. The bill gives host cities a 2 percent share from the franchise tax of casinos, games, e-bingos and all PAGCOR operated or regulated games or licenses.
The additional income is a boon to the finances of Parañaque City because it has three world-class integrated resort casinos — Solaire, Okada, and the City of Dreams.
The share is a big help to local government units as they could utilize it for infrastructure or provide more services to residents.

With him at the helm, SMS grew to serve hundreds of clients, big and small providing thousands of jobs to Parañaque and its neighboring cities. Eventually, SMS expanded to other cities outside Luzon to bring first class maintenance services to other regions.
For that success, he was awarded by the Parañaque Chamber of Commerce and Industry as the Most Outstanding Businessman of the City, and at the age of 35 became the youngest president of the Rotary Club of Paranaque.
