CDO hosted a holiday-themed brunch entitled “A Taste of Home this Christmas,” which featured creative dishes made with various CDO products in collaboration with Jones All Day of Raintree Restaurants.

CDO Holiday Ham, made from 100 percent premium pork hind leg and simmered in a special pineapple sauce, remains a star of every Noche Buena table with its perfect balance of sweet and smoky flavor. A perfect complement to it is Danes Queso de Bola, known for its creamy texture and sharp cheddar flavor, making it an excellent pair for bread, pasta and other festive dishes.

Guests enjoyed sumptuous dishes crafted with these holiday favorites, including open-faced sourdough toast topped with CDO Holiday Ham and apple compote, and crostini drizzled with truffle honest paired with Danes Queso de Bola.
