Operatives from the Manila Police District Police Station 11 nabbed two individuals engaging in illegal gambling activities at Delpan Street in Manila.
Police identified the suspects as Romeo Manulat and John Carlo Maceda — both residents of Binondo, Manila — who were caught playing cara y cruz along Delpan Street near corner Mel Lopez Boulevard.
Reports said that Maceda was also caught possessing an improvised gun.
The suspects are now detained at the MPD PS 11 and will be charged accordingly.
