Coleen Garcia warns public of alleged murderer, suspect in death of stepmom’s sister

Actress Coleen Garcia took to social media to warn the public about a certain Art Villacastin, who is the main suspect in the murder of the sister of Garcia's stepmom, Canice Seming, who suffered 15 stab wounds, according to the police report. Garcia's post on Facebook said the suspect worked as a carpenter at her father's house, until he was dismissed for alleged drug use. His former live-in partner, Mary Ann Garnica, works as a nanny to Colleen Garcia's younger sister and step-brother. Garnica reportedly broke up with the suspect because he was threatening to kill her and her seven children. Villacastin is now the subject of a manhunt.

"What happened was, and still is, completely devastating for the whole family, most especially for Sey and her family. It's difficult to find the words, but this man needs to be caught because he still remains to be a threat. I feel sick and weak every time I think about the children, who were supposed to be there that same night. They were on the way home from our house when it happened, and the three children were in the car when the body was found. Had their original plans been followed, the children would have been there at that same time," wrote Garcia.
