
This weekend, the City Social Welfare and Development Office, in collaboration with the Local Youth Development Office, successfully conducted the Sangguniang Kabataan Mandatory Training for newly elected officials. The two-day event, held on November 11th for District I and November 12th for District II, took place at the Mayor Nene Aguilar Multipurpose Hall of the Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office Building in BF Resort Village, Barangay Talon Dos.
This training session was a key initiative to equip the SK officials with the essential knowledge and skills necessary for effective governance and leadership in their respective communities.
Vice Mayor April Aguilar personally awarded the certificates of training completion to the participants, marking their readiness to take on their responsibilities as youth leaders in Las Piñas City.
