The Las Piñas City Health Office has launched a citywide campaign on adolescent and mental health, focusing on providing young people with the essential skills and resources they need to thrive.
The campaign kicked off at Robinsons Mall Las Piñas, where over 400 young people from various sectors gathered to learn about important health and well-being topics such as HIV awareness, life skills, and mental health.
The event also featured free dental kits, massages, make-up sessions, and other giveaways to engage and uplift the spirits of the young attendees.
"We believe that our youth deserve the best possible chance to succeed," said Vice Mayor April Aguilar.
"That's why we're investing heavily in programs and initiatives that promote their physical and mental well-being," she added.
The Las Piñas City Health Office is planning to hold similar events in other parts of the city in the coming months.
