CAAP joins forces with PCG for Air Forum
The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines attended the "One at Sky: Air Forum 2023," held last Tuesday, 12 September at the Sheraton Manila Hotel, Newport World Resorts, Pasay City.
The event, which has the theme "Fly High for the Blue Economy: Creating Synergy for the Development of the Maritime Industry," demonstrates the cooperation between CAAP and the Philippine Coast Guard in the direction of working together to secure the air and seas of the Philippines.
As the nation's national aviation authority, CAAP is in charge of overseeing the development, management, and certification of all airports, air navigation infrastructure, and staff members in the Philippines. Knowing how crucial it is to collaborate and create synergies with other organizations, CAAP seeks to open up new possibilities for collaboration.
On behalf of CAAP Director General Captain Manuel Antonio Tamayo, CAAP Assistant Director General for Air Traffic Service said that their industries have a unique chance to collaborate on various fronts as they safeguard and manage the air and seas of the Philippines.
