Showbiz talk show host Ogie Diaz recently took to social media his disappointment with Cebu Pacific.
In his vlog on YouTube, Diaz lamented the lack of urgency and concern of the airline management for its passengers.
He said that customer complaints, such as flight delays, rebookings, and canceled flights, seem to fall on deaf ears.
“Yung mga delay-delay, normal yan, wala naman tayong magagawa diyan. Pero huwag naman iyung ginagawa na nating ugali iyung mga problema,” Diaz said.
He also called out the airline for its exorbitant fares.
“Iyung mga hindi ninyo inilipad noong panahon ng pandemic, binabawi ninyo ngayon,” which he also referred it to other airlines in general.
Nonetheless, the showbiz host said he will still be patronizing Cebu Pacific that is if, and only if, there is no other option left.
“Kapag wala na talagang choice tsaka na lang mag-Cebu Pacific,” Diaz swore.
