Japan-based appliance brand Panasonic recently renewed its partnership with one of the country's foremost Filipino musical artist, Gary Valenciano, as its brand ambassador. Starting his stint with Panasonic five years ago, Valenciano had a renewal contract-signing on 23 November with its president Yasushi Kondo to welcome him.

In his speech, the award-winning performer and composer said he was glad to be an ambassador for a brand "that lives up to its promises."

Valenciano was presented with brand-new Panasonic #JapanQuality appliances such as Panasonic air conditioners, washing machine, and refrigerator, among others. The gifts, which all have energy-efficient features, complement Valenciano's healthy lifestyle.

Panasonic's refrigerator, for instance, features freezing and storage technologies to ensure food is kept with the proper temperature to retain its freshness and nutrients. Panasonic's Total Hygiene Care Technology found in its washing machine, on the other hand, keeps clothes clean by washing away harmful bacteria that are invisible to our eyes to keep you and your family protected.

The Blue Ag+ technology effectively eliminates bacteria and provides a powerful anti-bacterial effect by utilizing UV light and Ag Silver ions during wash without using hot water.

Valenciano is also a spokesperson for UNICEF Philippines.
