The Human Settlements and Adjudication Commission has tapped UnionBank of the Philippines for more convenient and hassle-free transactions system.

HSAC Executive Commissioner Melzar Galicia said embracing digitalization will step up their services to the people, making it more advanced.

We aim that our clients will experience seamless transactions following this signing of the agreement," Galicia said, partly in Filipino, at the sidelines of the MoA signing in Quezon City.

Galicia said this new online service of the HSAC through UnionBank's UPay platform will allow clients to "pay anywhere at their convenient times."

"We are pushing to ease the burden of our payors. It's not really to benefit us but continue delivering efficient services to our clients," he added.
