Lawyer Vic Rodriguez, who recently resigned as President Bongbong Marcos' Executive Secretary, has been formally expelled from the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas or PFP, SMNI News reported on 21 November.
PFP is the political party Marcos ran with in the May 2022 national elections.
SMNI's report, posted on Facebook, supposedly contained quotes from the PFP document that formally booted out Rodriguez, who was the party's executive vice president:
"Respondent started his tenure in government as Lancelot (the greatest Knight in King Arthur's Round Table), accumulated vast powers and transfigured into Lucifer (the fallen angel of God) in less than 3 months. From being exalted and glorified, the respondent was cast down in dishonor and ignominy, leaving public service with his name and reputation in tatters."
Marcos' Special Assistant, Anton Lagdameo, who is PFP national treasurer, will take over Rodriguez's post in the party.
