CIDG director Brig. Gen. Lee identified the suspect as Ramiro Gando Salonga alias "Jojo," who was nabbed by authorities in Franco Street, Barangay Bagbag in Novaliches, Quezon City.

Upon his arrest, the suspect failed to show his license from the PRC that he is allowed to practice dentistry, a clear violation of Republic Act 9484, An Act to Regulate the Practice of Dentistry, Dental Hygiene and Dental Technology in the Philippines.
