Blacklist International's superstar jungler Danerie James "Wise" del Rosario is hardly bothered by the fact that he is the last remaining player among their starters to receive a Most Valuable Player citation.

In Mobile Legends Professional League Philippines Season 10, Blacklist team captain Johnmar "OhMyV33nus" Villaluna received the regular season MVP award while their experience laner Edward Jay Dapadap was the finals MVP.

His two other teammates Kiel Calvin "OHEB" Soriano and Salic "Hadji" Imam, meanwhile, have also been named MVPs in the past, leaving Wise as the lone gamer in their world championship lineup to receive the prestigious award.

"Personally, I was not hurt about not getting the MVP award. When we won the MPL Season 10 championship, my teammates were rooting for me, but I told them to stop because I might not be MVP so I might get hurt," Wise said.

To say Wise has been instrumental to Blacklist's success in winning three MPL championships and the M3 Mobile Legends World Championship last year is an understatement.

When Wise and his partner, OhMyV33nus, decided to take a break, Blacklist failed to even qualify for the Playoffs in MPL Season 9.

As soon as they were back on the roster, Blacklist buckled down to business and won the latest installment of the MPL.

"Back in my rookie year I wanted to be MVP, but I am in a time where I do not mind not getting an award as long as we win as a team. That is what's most important," Wise stressed.

"The only thing I regret is the money that comes with the MVP instead of the title. My teammate Edward deserves it. We all shine and everyone has their own timeline. Who knows, I might get it in M4."
