The three-million-strong Iglesia Ni Cristo is celebrating today the 67th birth anniversary of its Executive Minister, Eduardo V. Manalo, who is credited for continuing to inspire more people to live according to the Holy Scriptures.

For more than a decade, "Ka Eduardo" has been at the forefront of the Church of Christ in strengthening its members' moral and spiritual integrity. His flock sees in "Ka Eduardo" a strong influence among Filipinos who choose to enrich their faith in God.

Known for his gentle voice and humble demeanor — yet firm when delivering God's message —- he has ignited the spirits of many to serve God and obey the Scripture wholeheartedly.

One cannot deny the contributions made by the INC in promoting unity, peace, and love to the Filipino nation — a reflection of the goodness of God in their lives.

President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. has acknowledged that INC's contributions could not have been possible without the divine stewardship of "Ka Eduardo."

"More strength, wisdom, and humility" were the President's wish for "Ka Eduardo" when the congregation celebrated its 108th anniversary this year.

Third since 1914

"Ka Eduardo" is the third INC leader to ascend to the position, succeeding his father "Ka Erdy" and grandfather "Ka Felix," who founded the INC in 1914.

True to his name "Eduardo," which means "guardian," Manalo has guided the hundred-year-old INC into the digital era.

An information and communication technologies expert, Ka Eduardo enabled INC to adapt to digital technologies in sharing God's word through video streaming platforms.

Throughout the years, the Church of Christ continues to be strengthened in faith and continues to grow in number as its members try to faithfully follow INC teaching.

"Ka Eduardo" has exhorted his brethren to fight for what is pleasing to God and to fight evil. He proclaimed that the Church has received its duty from God no less.

He has asked his flock not to let others lead them to the crooked path through deceit.

Being God's servants, INC members have been offering medical and dental services to calamity victims and indigenous peoples around the world.

Today, INC has around 3,000 houses of worship that were built for God's glory across the world after "Ka Eduardo" take its helm.
