It is now possible for mobile users to select, inquire and buy a house or condominium unit through GCash.
This is after the well-known mobile wallet collaborated with Ayala Land Inc. to help those who want to invest in real estate only through their cellphone.
According to GCash, Ayala properties can now be found in the GLife feature of the application including Ayala Land Premier, Alveo, Avida and Amaia.
"With this partnership with Ayala Land, GCash enables potential homeowners and property seekers to conduct virtual unit viewing and, after they make the decision to buy a property, access cashless payment of reservation fees using their e-wallet account," said GCash president and CEO Martha Sazon.
Anyone looking for property can also inquire through the "inquiry" button in the application.
This will make it easier to get into real estate.
"They can conveniently and safely do just all these transactions using their smartphones and via GLife on the GCash app," Sazon added.
