From Kapamilya to Kapatid to Kapuso, and now back to being Kapamilya: Maja Salvador, the multi-awarded and versatile actor, is making a big comeback at ABS-CBN.
Two years after leaving her home network, Salvador is returning to its studios for the new action
-drama series, Iron Heart.
Star Creatives, the entertainment unit of ABS-CBN, confirmed the news via Instagram on 27 September, along with behind-the-scenes photos of the coming series, and the caption: Starring Richard Gutierrez, kasama sina Maja Salvador, Sue Ramirez and Jake Cuenca. To be shot entirely in Cebu."
Gutierrez likewise posted the same photo on his Instagram stories with a teaser caption: "Soon on primetime."
No details about the show's plot and premiere date have been announced.
'Iron Heart' marks Salvador's first ABS-CBN project in two years after 'The Killer Bride,' which won the Asian Academy Creative Awards 2020 for Best Telenovela.
Salvador, 33, is not tied down to an exclusive contract, and has ongoing projects on GMA 7 and TV5.
She's a cohost on Eat Bulaga which airs on GMA, and is in the cast of the TV5 sitcom Oh My Korona.
