PAGASA-DOST at 8 pm on 25 September says Super Typhoon "Karding" slightly weakened as it was about to make landfall in the Gen. Nakar-Dingalan área in Quezon.
At 5 am on 26 September it is expected to be over the coastal waters of Masinloc, Zambales.
