Lloyd Jefferson Go played bogey-free to close with one-under-par 69 and finish in a tie for sixth place in the OB Golf Invitational at the Jababeka Golf and Country Club in Indonesia Friday.

The 27-year-old Filipino completed 72 holes on 8-under 272, 11 shots behind Thai winner Suteepat Prateeptienchai who shot a 66.

Go made 17 consecutive pars before capping his round with a birdie.

The Top 10 finish solidified the Filipino's position in the ADT Order of Merit.

He is currently ranked fifth with earnings of $27,689 in just six events.

The top 10 players in the ADT earn Asian Tour cards.

Suteepat made five birdies against a single bogey to beat Malaysian Ervin Chang by 1 shot.

Chonlatit Chuenboonngam settled for third place on 12-under after a 68.

Meanwhile, WeiWei Gao produced a sparkling five-under-par 66 to boost his chances of making the second stage of the Korn Ferry Tour Q-School at The Club at Irish Creek in Kannapolis, North Carolina Thursday.

The Cebu golfer, a product of the University of Virginia, sits on 9-under 204 in a tie for 12th with Peter Mathison and Christopher Crawford.

The top 26 among the 76 starters will advance into the second stage next month.

After opening with a 71, Gao went 9-under in the next two rounds.

He started the third round with three straight pars before stringing up three birdies from 4 and finishing the front nine with another birdie.

Coming home, Gao birdied 12 and 18 to counter 15.

Frankie Capan III shot 65-63-64 to lead the event on 21-under 192, eight shots ahead of Charles Huntzinger who had a 67.

Alone in third on 12-under was Chase Johnson who also carded a 67.
