Demand for commercial space is truly back to pre-Covid levels along with eased protocols. As easly as the second quarter of 2022, real estate services company Santos Knight Frank had already reported that vacancy rates in the commercial sector went down to 4.6 percent, which nearly approximates pre-pandemic levels.

In Metro Manila, the group cited that 32.7 percent of commercial tenants are from the food and beverage sector and 32.1 percent are from clothing apparel players

In Makati, H&M reopened its space in SM Makati recently, welcoming the public in its 3,100-sqm property to offer quality fashion items. The space also includes the first ever stand-alone H&M Home concept store in Southeast Asia. The improved space has been designed with warm and neutral colors and more spacious areas to create a calm and thoughtful shopping experience.
