The Philippine Coast Guard has sent some of its personnel to join the five-day Command Post Exercise Changi Naval Base, Singapore to improve information sharing and operational cooperation to address maritime challenges in the ASEAN region.
The PCG said that 12 of its crew will join the exercises as representatives of the Philippines among the 22 partner nations in the said initiative spearheaded by the Joint United States Military Assistance Group through the United States Navy and co-hosted with Singapore Navy.
