As one of the vice chairpersons of the Committee on Appropriations of the 19th Congress, Cong. Toby Tiangco met with the several government agencies this Saturday.
The Office of the Representative hosted the Office of the President and the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, which includes the Pag-IBIG Fund, Social Housing Finance Corporation, Human Settlements Adjudication Commission and National Housing Authority.
Also included in the said meeting were Vice Chairpersons Congresswoman Ching Bernos of Abra and Cong. Mitch Cajayon-Uy of the 2nd district of Caloocan.
"We want to ensure that public funds are efficiently used in meaningful projects and programs that will improve the lives of every Filipino," according to Rep. Tiangco.
