Listeners may enjoy the OG funk of the '90s vibe up to recent hits via Advanced Media Broadcasting System Inc.'s flagship radio station, K-lite 103.5 FM.

The popular FM radio station launched in 1995 hits the airwaves from its new home studio at Starmall Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong with an expansive genre of rhythmic contemporary music hits from the 90s up to the present.

K-lite 103.5 FM marks the beginning of AMBS' venture into the entertainment business, Manny Villar, chairperson of the Villar Group, said.

"We only look forward to recovery, especially after the pandemic and we hope to be able to help our fellow Filipinos through this venture particularly in generating jobs. I'm proud and grateful at the same time," he added.

K-lite features the captive voices of disc jocks Jaybee Jariol and Aly Esplana. Jariol brings her daily dose of K-lite favorites from Mondays to Fridays at 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Esplana, on the other hand, is the latest voice to jam during rush hour afternoons daily from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays in a segment packed with an upbeat playlist.

K-lite's comeback also includes a fresh format of a youth-inspired lineup: K-lite Kampus Krew, DJ Kampus Hunt and Do It, Duet Challenge at its TikTok page.

True to keeping the warmest music vibe, followers may catch their favorite artists in live performances on K-lite's live jamming segment that was recently graced by The Lily band, Ronnie Liang, Rachel G, and Silent Sanctuary.

K-lite 103.5FM airs on the radio and live streams on channel 3 of Planet Cable TV in parts of Mega Manila and Region 4 CALABARZON.
