‘Casa Daza’ new season features chef Sandy and his mom’s recipes

Chef Sandy Daza welcomes food lovers into his kitchen anew to enjoy good food and meaningful stories with Casa Daza Season 6, which began last 28 August. The show airs 12 noon every Sunday on the Metro Channel.

Casa Daza's first two episodes spotlight chef Sandy's specials like crab and broccoli dip, baked seafood, dulong burgers and more easy-to-follow recipes that are perfect for family
get-togethers.

For the third episode, he will share recipes of his mom, the late Nora Daza, from the Let's Cook with Nora-New Edition cookbook, such as pork afritada, poached fish with hollandaise sauce and beef with spring onions.

The other episodes will feature some of chef Sandy's recipes from his cookbook Cooking with Sandy Daza, including shantung pampano, hot and sour soup, and mongo with beef kenchi.

Viewers may also learn about sous vide cooking in an upcoming episode featuring New York cut steak, pork chops with mushroom gravy, and anchovy pasta.

More yummy dishes are coming this November, in celebration of Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Casa Daza is available on Sky Cable channel 52 and channel 174, Cignal channel 69, and GSAT channel 70. The episodes also run on the Metro.Style YouTube channel.
