On 14 June, Netflix Philippines premiered their first variety show, Alas Netflix on its YouTube channel.
Hosted by radio DJ Jaz Reyes and social media sensation Pipay, the show features popular celebrities who would be playing fun and thrilling games that fans will surely enjoy.
On the other hand, the games will test each group’s teamwork and friendship, as well as their knowledge of Netflix show titles as they compete to see who has what it takes to win.
For this challenge, being the biggest Netflix fan is the only key to victory.
In the show’s first three episodes, BGYO members Gelo, Akira, JL, Mikki, and Nate — also known as the Aces of P-pop — were the first celebrity challenger.
Each member shared their favorite Netflix shows before playing a game called Hipan Hipon in which they were not allowed to use their hands while knocking down all the blocks and using only party horns.
At the end of the game, the fastest player to knock down the blocks would be the winner and will receive an exciting prize.
There are still two more thrilling episodes left in which BGYO will appear on the show. Stay tuned for more exciting celebrities, challenges and prizes that Alas Netflix has in store.
Catch the weekly episodes of Alas Netflix every Tuesday at 7 PM, available only on Netflix Philippines’ YouTube channel.
