CAAP joins Singapore aviation summit

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) — represented by Chief-of-Staff Atty. Danjun Lucas and Admin Chief Nicole Ramos along with Department of Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade and DoTr Undersecretary Giovanni Lopez — joined the 300 transportation and aviation dignitaries from 45 countries in this year’s inaugural Changi Aviation Summit (CAS) which held at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore recently.
The summit was hosted by Singapore’s Transport Ministry and Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore and it was themed “Readying for Take-off: A Brighter and Cleaner Tomorrow.”
CAAP said that the CAS is a high-level conference that brings together thought leaders and key decision makers in the global aviation industry to exchange views on key issues, such as recovery of the aviation sector from the Covid-19 pandemic, aviation sustainability and the environment.
