Frontal system to bring rains in Northern Luzon

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Tuesday said that the frontal system is currently affecting extreme Northern Luzon.
Batanes, Babuyan Islands, and Ilocos Norte will have cloudy skies with rains caused by the frontal system.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms .
Temperature will range from 25.6 degrees Celsius to 31.4 degrees Celsius.
