Presidential bet Bongbong Marcos Jr. on 25 January said he will be stringent in choosing his Cabinet, should he win in the 9 May elections.
“Before we appoint members of the Cabinet, we will ensure that they do not have a history or record of corruption,” Marcos said during DZRH’s “Presidential Job Interview.”
Marcos Jr. added he would let the courts decide when dealing with corruption cases involving public officials.
“Kung talagang may pruweba na talaga silang nangungurakot, nagnanakaw, at nagbubulsa ng pera ng kaban ng bayan, we will allow the law to take its course,” Marcos added.
