Talon Esports releases Gabbi and Fly

Four-time Major winner and The International veteran Tal “Fly” Aizik and former TNC carry Kim “Gabbi” Villafuerte has left Talon Esports.

In a surprise announcement earlier today, Talon says the pair and the organization have mutually agreed about their departure given the difficulties of the pandemic.

“Today, we are mutually parting ways with our DOTA 2 players Fly and Gabbi as we head into the DPC Winter Tour offseason,” Talon wrote on Facebook.

“The ongoing impact of COVID-19 on travel restrictions in SEA has been a challenge for our players and we are proud to have them finish our first tour in Thailand together.”

With Fly and Gabbi gone, Talon is left with a three-man roster in Mikoto, kpii, and Hyde.
