Drug op traps lovers

A couple was arrested in a buy-bust in Caloocan yesterday morning.

They were identified as Mark Anthony Diwa (40) and Meriam Mariano (29), who were both on the drugs watchlist, and residents of Diwa St., 8th Ave., Barangay 59.

The operation was conducted around 12:05 am at the suspects’ house, where police poseur buyers were allegedly able to obtain P2,500 worth of shabu.

Operatives confiscated from the two an estimated 11 grams of suspected shabu (P74,800) and buy-bust money.

They are now charged for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002.
