PAGASA monitors LPA

The Philippine Atmospheric and Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Tuesday said that a low pressure area (LPA) is now being monitored.

PAGASA added that the LPA was estimated at 1,055 kilometers east of Mindanao.

According to the weather bureau, a shear Line is also affecting the eastern section of Mindanao while northeast monsoon is expected to bring rains in Luzon and Visayas.

Eastern Visayas, Caraga and Davao Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.

While Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, and the northern portion of Quezon including Polillo Islands will also have cloudy skies with light rains.

Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, and the rest of Visayas and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Temperature will range from 20.2 degrees Celsius to 29 degrees Celsius.
