DTI Central Luzon fair generates revenues

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — A total of P10.9-million worth of revenues was generated during the Likha ng Central Luzon (LCL) Hybrid Trade Fair 2021 of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

DTI regional director Leonila Baluyut revealed that about P5.33-million worth of items was sold in physical stores in select malls from 13 to 17 October while P5.6 million came from online selling.

Baluyot said that this is the 23rd trade fair of LCL, utilizing a hybrid trade fair style to enable the participant micro small and medium entrepreneurs to exhibit their quality products in both online and physical platforms.

Pampanga recorded the highest generated sales among the provinces in Region 3, recording P2.18 million from the physical stores.

Pampanga was followed by Bataan with P922,301; Zambales with P866,330; Aurora with P626,342; Bulacan with 368,863; Nueva Ecija with P251,280 and Tarlac with P106,187.

In terms of online sales,P2.18 million Bulacan got about P5.47 million while Zambales had P136,400.
