Investigation revealed that Borromeo and Raquiza have previous cases for illegal drugs filed in 2018 and that they have availed of plea bargaining.

Marcial has a previous case for slight physical injury in 2019.

The suspects will be charged with violating Sections 5 and 11 of Article II of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
