No. 19 most wanted nabbed in Zambales

A man who robbed and killed his girlfriend’s grandmother was nabbed by operatives of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) in his hiding place in Zambales City on Wednesday night.

Jonard Manalo, a 27-year-old native of Malabon City was tagged as No. 19 in the NCRPO’s list of criminals.

He was charged with robbery and homicide for killing an elderly woman in Doña Elena Street, Punturin, Valenzuela City, District Special Operation Unit of the Northern Police District chief PLt.Col. Jay Dimaandal reported.

Manalo’s arrest came after a piece of information from the Quezon City District Intelligence Team Regional Intelligence Unit regarding the whereabouts of the accused was received.

The arrest was carried out through a warrant issued on 23 March 2021 by Judge Evangeline Mendoza Francisco of Valenzuela City RTC Branch 170. No bail was recommended against the suspect.
