SPORTY and stylish RS exterior design.

The all-new Honda Hatchback has already climbed to the top its class in sales since its launch last April of this year. The model has become one of the bestselling hatch in its segment, occupying 75 percent of the market share with 189 units sold since then.

The hot hatch’s versatility is one of the many reasons for customers opting for this model. Thanks to its Ultra Seats, it can easily adapt to a wide variety of the owner’s lifestyle and cargo needs. Notable interior features such as the one push with smart entry and remote engine start system, eight-inch advanced touchscreen display audio with Apple CarPlay Android Auto & WebLink connectivity also add to the comfort, convenience and ease of access for the customers. Other reasons include the strong equity of the Honda brand, as well as its sporty and stylish exterior RS design.

Customers have also shared their positive feedback on the model’s driving capabilities, as well as its power and fuel efficiency. Under the hood is the 1.5-Liter four cylinder DOHC i-VTEC engine that produces maximum power output of 120hp at 6,600 rpm and 145N-m of torque at 4,300 rpm. This reaffirms the model’s released official fuel economy run result last May. In partnership with Automobile Association of the Philippines, the test drive event resulted in the City hatch achieving a fuel mileage of 25 kilometers per liter after a total of 73.5 kilometers highway day driving.

It comes standard with six airbags, G-force control, vehicle stability assist, agile handling assist, emergency stop signal, anti-lock braking system, electronic brake force distribution, hill start assist, speed sensing auto door locks and multi-view rear camera with guidelines. On top of the model’s safety features, it also scored a five-star safety rating from ASEAN NCAP (ASEAN New Car Assessment Program).

The vehicle still retails at P1,115,000, and is available in four colors — Ignite Red Metallic, Meteoroid Gray Metallic, Platinum White Pearl (additional P20,000) and Brilliant Sporty Blue Metallic. All-in low downpayment, low monthly amortization, flexible payment terms, free insurance package and other financing options are available at Honda Cars Dealership nationwide.

“We are truly delighted to see the all-new City hatchback soar in the hatchback segment since its introduction in the country. Furthermore, we would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to our customers for their continuous support to Honda throughout the years,” Honda Cars Philippines Inc. president, Masahiko Nakamura said.
