The TNT Tropang Giga asserted their dominance against Alaska, 103-85. to end their campaign in the 46th Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Philippine Cup on Saturday at the Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) Gym in Bacolor, Pampanga.
The Tropang Giga end their campaign on top with a 10-1 win-loss card while the Aces now has a 3-5 slate.
“For us, the only thing we talked about in the pre-game was how we can grow. So we wanted to try somethings in this game that we haven’t been doing, what he haven’t done in the past few games and that’s all we’re focusing now. Just keep growing and getting better as a team,” TNT head coach Chot Reyes said.
The Tropang Giga exploded from the three-point range, unloading 18 three pointers in the game.
Roger Pogoy led in scoring with 18 points while Poy Erram followed suit with 17 markers.
Abu Tratter was a rebound shy of a double-double after posting 12 points and njne rebounds.
