Two persons were injured when a plane operated by a flying school crashed on a vacant lot in Plaridel, Bulacan, Friday morning, police reported.

The plane’s pilot, Capt. Paul Jemuel Gayanes, and his companion Lebon Eisen Sandoval were brought to the hospital for treatment and are now out of danger, the Bulacan provincial police said in a report.

Gayanes was flying the two-seater Cessna 152 of Precision Flight Control Philippines towards the south when it crashed in Brgy. Agnaya, around 7:40 a.m.

It was learned that the plane had just taken off from Plaridel Airport in Brgy. Bagumbayan before it crashed, police said.
