The said barangay captain is Bobby Daquioag, 52 years old.

Accordingly, the Santa Municipal Police Station received a call from Santa Marcela Mayor Evelyn Martinez regarding an alleged violation of RA 11332.

Mayor Martinez submitted some pictures of a wedding in Barangay San Mariano last 28 May showing people who did not follow the standard health protocols. One of the attendees was the barangay captain himself.
