Clark sets vaccination program

CLARK Freeport — The Clark Development Corporation (CDC) has announced that preparations for Covid-19 vaccination of the free port workers and residents are now under way.

In a meeting with the members of the Metro Clark Advisory Council, CDC president and CEO Manuel Gaerlan said that arrangements have been made with the Department of Health Region 3 and the local government of Mabalacat City for the Covid-19 vaccination program.

Gaerlan said that the CDC is still working to get allocations from the DoH.

CDC health and sanitation division manager Dr. Clemencita Dobles said they have identified two hospitals in Clark as vaccination sites — Medical City-Clark and Our lady of Mt. Carmel Medical Center — Clark.

Areas within the One-Stop Processing Center have also been identified as vaccination sites for residents and free port workers.

CDC has requested its locators to submit a list of its workers who would like to be inoculated.

A company access code was also given by CDC and sent to the email addresses of Clark locators registered on their CFZ Jobs Portal Account. Using the company code, they may log in to the link provided on the memorandum circular issued by the state-owned firm.

Clark residents including senior citizens and those with comorbidities who would like to receive their vaccination in Clark are also included in the program.
