A new permanent game mode awaits Apex Legends in Season 9.
Primarily a team-based battle-royale ever since its launch in 2019, Apex Legends is set to introduce “Arenas” on May 4.
“Apex Legends: Legacy brings a new form of competition, Arenas. Drop into a new action-packed 3v3 game mode,” Respawn Entertainment wrote on the trailer.
“Sharpen your skills in new, bespoke maps like Party Crasher and Phase Runner. It’s just your squad and their squad, so hiding isn’t an option.”
A new legend by the name of Valkyrie will also be added to the game along with a new weapon Bocek Compound Bow.
