To provide them with a source of income during this time of the pandemic, several barangays in Caloocan City have been provided with tool kits of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) provided by the local government, led by Rep. Along Malapitan.
Paul John Ramos, TESDA representative, and Richbar Institute CEO Dr. Vibar R. Anastacio Jr. joined Malapitan in distributing tool kits to 125 graduates of their Massage Wellness Program.
“Many thanks to TESDA for their help in Caloocan City. During the pandemic, we need to focus on two things: Health and livelihood,” Malapitan said.
The solon called on residents to continue working hard and participating in the economic programs of the city and the national governments.
“We should not just rely on aid. I hope you will encourage more of your colleagues to participate in all of the programs of our city government,” he added.
The beneficiaries of the program are residents from Barangays 168, 174, 176, 177 and 188.
