PDEA, police nab Pangasinan most wanted, 4 others

URDANETA CITY — The most notorious shabu supplier of Pangasinan and the province’s most wanted personality was arrested by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and Urdaneta City police in Barangay Mabanogbog here on Tuesday.
PDEA Regional Office 1 operatives nabbed Yuri John Salazar, who maintains a drug den. He was caught red-handed along with four others while conducting a drug session.
Salazar had a standing arrest warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 53 of Rosales town.
Authorities confiscated 13 grams of shabu with a street value of P88,400 and various drug paraphernalia.
Salazar’s house, according to the police, is being used as a drug den by users from La Union and Ilocos Sur.
The other suspects were identified as Justin John Untalan, Rolando Corpuz, John Dominic Apongol and Antonio Dizon.
They are detained at the PDEA office in San Fernando City, La Union while charges for violations of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act are being prepared.
